Use of the AppEligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App.Account: To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. Fees and PaymentsFees: You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the services you request through the App. Fees are as described on the App and may vary based on factors such as distance and cargo.Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to use the App. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the fees to your payment method.4. Intellectual PropertyOwnership: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the App are owned by Smart Transport or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.5. PrivacyData Collection: We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.6. Limitation of LiabilityDisclaimer: The App and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.7. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Transport, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.8. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.10.
